About Us
Lawyers in Private Practice (LIPP) was set up in 2006 with the view of building a jobsite that was dedicated to private practice law firms, but different to everything else in the legal job market. We took the view that we wanted to create a site that gave our law firm clients maximum exposure.
By eliminating recruitment agencies from the site we felt that we could create a job board that was transparent to the candidates and also saved law firms a significant amount of money on recruitment fees.
LIPP was set up by Richard Park and his team from Charles Park Search and Selection, who have a combined recruitment knowledge of over 50 years’, many of these in the legal recruitment industry.
Richard and his team felt that they needed to find a partner to work with, who had a strong route to the legal market. With this in mind a partnership with LexisNexis was formed.
