Our dispute resolution team has extensive experience in dealing with even the most acrimonious disputes, providing clear, useful and practical advice to our clients. Our litigators recognise the importance of being able to manage a dispute without destroying existing relationships.

Commercial litigation solicitor, 6-10 years PQE

The purpose of the role is to provide commercial litigation advice to our clients.

We are currently looking for a professional individual who has experience of:

contractual disputes
professional negligence
corporate and partnership disputes
contentious insolvency
contentious intellectual property

We look for people with strong technical ability, excellent client management skills, an interest in business development and good commercial awareness. We will also place emphasis on being a strong team player.
